报告题目:Tailoring   mesoporous carbons and related materials for energy-storage and   energy-conversion applications

报告人简介: He is currently a   group leader at Chemical Sciences Division, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory   (ORNL) and a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville   (UTK).  His current research interests include porous materials, ionic   liquids, functional materials, and their applications for separation sciences   and energy storage as well as catalysis by nanomaterials. He has published   more than 800 peer-review papers and received 36 patents. His papers have   been cited more than 42,000 times (h index of 101 based on Web of Science as   of Aug. 6, 2019). Currently, he serves as a   Director for an Energy Frontier Research Center (EFRC) for Fluid Interface   Reactions, Structures and Transport (FIRST). His research has led   to Battelle S&T Challenges Award (2002), six R&D100 Awards (2011,   2012, two in 2014, 2015, 2016).

报告题目:Electrical   Conductivity in 2D Metal-Organic Frameworks

报告人简介:Mircea Dincă   obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Princeton University   in 2003, and did his graduate work at UC Berkeley, where he obtained a PhD in   Inorganic Chemistry in 2008. He is currently an associate Professor of   Chemistry of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an associate Editor of   Chemical Science (Royal Society of Chemistry). For his research on   microporous materials with applications in energy storage, conversion, and   heterogeneous catalysis, he was awarded the US Department of Energy Young   Investigator Award in 2011, a TR35 award from   MIT’s Technology Review recognizing the most promising inventors in the world   under the age of 35, the Sloan Fellowship and Cottrell Award in 2014, and the   NSF CAREER and Exxon Solid State Award in 2015. In 2016, he was   named a Dreyfus Teacher Scholar and was selected for the Alan T. Waterman Award.
